Ambience – “What Do You Know?” kids show
October 22, 2010 No CommentsSpinifex was approached by Ambience Entertainment to develop a broadcast quiz tool for a Kid’s TV game show called “What Do You Know?” that will air on ABC3 at a future date.
Adobe AIR’s ability to build applications over multiple windows and target multiple screens made it a perfect choice for this project. Also, the ease of packaging each new version and sending to the client to install was fantastic. There are 10 windows that need to target several screens. All this was placed into a config XML file, managed by another AIR application to create and edit the questions for the game. Also controlled here were timeouts, questions types and question values.
